Programming your SRC-300A Remote Control.
If you are simply replacing a TV to be used with an existing remote and video stream, scroll down to the section labeled Programming Remote to a TV.
Programming Gateway ID
The Gateway ID shoulbe labeled on the back of the remote control. If you can not find this 3 didget code follow the next few steps.
- Make sure TV is set to Stream 1's signal (ie: ch 3).
- Push the "Menu" button of the Gateway front panel.
- Scroll to "Remote Control Setup" using the up and down arrows on the gateway
- Press the "Select" button the Gateway front panel
- Press the LED button on the remote and hold it down until the LED flashes rapidly
- Press the REC button. The LED stops blinking at this point and stays solid
- Press and release the B button
- Press in the code (ie: 187)
Programming Remote to a Video Stream
- Press the LED button and hold it down until the LED flashes rapidly.
- Press the REC button. The LED stops blinking at this point and stays solid.
- Press and release the A button.
- Press 1, 2 or 3. (Stream 1 = ch 3, Stream 2 = ch 7, steam 3 = ch 13)
Programming Remote to a TV
Use this portion of the instructions if your are replacing a TV
- Press the LED button and hold it down until the LED Flashes.
- Press the REC button. The LED stops blinking at this point and stays solid.
- Press and release the POWER. The remote is now in TV Code Scan Programming Mode.
- Press the UP ARROW button to scan through all the TV codes. When you reach the correct TV code, the TV will automatically turn off
- Press the SELECT button to store the TV code. The LED flashes rapidly then stops, indicating code has been stored.
