- $30.00 for premise visit
- $22.00 first fifteen minutes labor
- $12.50 every fifteen minutes thereafter for labor
- $ 2.15 per baseboard outlet
- $ 4.95 per wall outlet
- $ 5.00 wiring charge
- plus tax
